At OVER, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains your rights and our procedures to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags attached and packaging intact
- Free from makeup stains, deodorant marks, fragrances, or signs of wear
- Not listed as a final sale or non-returnable item
Non-returnable items include: undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken), gift cards, and personalized/custom pieces.
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns for store credit are free.
- Returns for a refund to your original payment method will have a small processing fee deducted to cover handling and restocking costs.
- Exchanges ship free both ways (subject to availability).
OVER is not responsible for returns sent without using our official return process.
Refunds & Processing Times
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Store credit is issued instantly once your return is accepted
- If an item does not meet our return criteria, it may be sent back to you at your expense
Exchanges
We offer size and color exchanges on eligible items, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may select store credit or a refund instead.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will not include original shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed deliveries, or refusal upon arrival may incur a handling fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

OVER reserves the right to update this Returns Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business processes or legal obligations. The version posted on our website at the time of your order will apply.
